Pack Your Watch
Carefully place the watch, original tags, and documentation inside the G Life presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
